and sell to its customers.
2. Account Agent
The Account Agent will enjoy the normal agent discount plus a monthly rebate,
in order to enjoy the rebate the Account Agent has to commit bigger sales amount
with V-talk. It will depends on different market and locations.
3.OEM Agents
OEM agent will have its own brand name,logo,rate plan, currency,special design
of the softphone interface, a standard level two website,tailor made inquiry
web pages, IVR and you can issue card at your decided value.
4.Strategics Partner
Strategics Partner will enjoy al of OEM Agent's. The different is V-talk will
ask for a one time setup fee and a deposit from the Strategics Partner, the
card issuing ratio is 1:4, V-talk will issue a statement every week based on
the cdr(60/60), the Strategics Partner will settle the bill within one week.
